A monthly $150 is banked each month for use on future services or products of your choice.

Join at your next appointment, or simply login (or register) to your patient portal account, click on Memberships, complete the signup and you’re IN!

Banking funds are deducted from your credit card automatically each month. Your banking funds balance will be a credit on your account that can be tracked and viewed in your patient portal. Banking funds do not expire.
Members agree to keep their credit card information current in their patient portal. If your monthly contribution is declined and you do not update credit card information within 15 days of the monthly renewal date, you may be removed from the membership and forfeit any banked funds up to the $500 membership cancellation fee amount.

Your skin is a long-term investment. The minimum membership term is 12 months.
In order to cancel a membership after the 12 month minimum term, a 30 day notice is required. To cancel a membership before the 12 month term is complete, a one time $500 fee is applied. If you wish to upgrade to the Swank Membership during your 12 mo Mint Membership, you are free to do so. You may also return to the Mint Membership as well. Either way, the total term is 12 months.

Banking members may request a one time, up to 3 month pause in their banking funds withdrawals.

This is a member only benefit program and cannot be transferred to friends, family, or children in any manner.

Treatment prices are subject to change at any time and without notice. This may be due to unforeseen variables such as supply costs, demand and supply factors, market values, etc. Contracted discounts in the membership program are not subject to change and are locked in for a 1 year period from the original contract begin date.
Membership benefits cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts unless stated otherwise. Alle, Aspire, and Xperience+ program rewards are still valid and able to be combined with the membership.
Membership discounts are only valid while membership is in active, good standing. Banked balances that remain after a membership is cancelled will remain in the patient’s wallet, however the patient loses discount benefits.
Gift card balances are not accepted as contributions to your monthly banking funds in lieu of automated credit card payment. Gift cards can be combined with banked funds to pay for services and product.
